Boni Selection, the future
Colruyt Group is continuously investing in the sustainability of its house brand Boni Selection. Collibri Foundation is playing an important role in this ambition. To help us achieve our mission, the group has made available EUR 2,1 million for our projects, for a period of three years (2017-2019).
Why choose Boni Selection?
Using training programs, Collibri Foundation is playing an important role in the development of chain projects with sustainable production. This also helps to make the products of Boni Selection more sustainable. This affects not only niche products, but also chains with large volumes and fast moving goods, and therefor can have a big impact locally.
How do we work?
To highlight our products and educational projects, Colruyt Group and Boni Selection organise several internal and external promotion campaigns every year, in the shops of Colruyt Lowest Prices, OKay, Bio-Planet and Spar. It helps customers and collaborators to learn about our projects and to choose to contribute. Colruyt Group doubles the amount. A contribution can be given to aan Collibri Foundation at any chosen moment. Any donation higher than EUR 40 is tax-deductible.
Simplicity and transparency
Colruyt Group stands for simplicity, and therefore we want to communicate clearly and transparently. This will allow customers to make a conscious choice. Collibri Foundation, the store formulas involved, and Boni Selection are committed to transparent communication about the collected funds after each action. This year, Boni Selection will publish a progress report. It will concern the chain projects that Collibri Foundation's educational projects are connected to, and the efforts the brand makes to make its broad product range more sustainable.
